...
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

QuotePS: the plane above is the Xian JH-7 or FCB-1 Chinese fighter-bomber in the class of the Tornado powered by two WS-9 (= Spey 202) --> there should be a model kit of this plane out there later this year from Trumpeter in 1/72 !!!

Really in 1/72 !!! - I thought Trumpeter always did these sorts in either 1/48 or 1/32. A 1/72 version would be nice as i'm sure we could be able to use elements in other projects. Just need them to do the J-10 in the same scale  :D

I agree with YOU ... it's a pity that Trumpeter is currently only working on 1/32 models ... but maybe You remember the F-107A ... a fantastic kit !!! And yes it’s true Trumpeter announced the FBC-1 (or JH-7 in Chinese use !) http://www.jbwholesalers.com.au/trumpeter/...ges/tr01608.jpg to be available in December .... the also announced J-8II seems to be put aside ... maybe later !!!

Thanks for adding an almost-twin-boomer to my collection, dear Deino.  :wub:
But do you know something about this one, apart of the picture (name, date, reason of rear tails additional to fore-planes) ?
Thanks again !

Thats probably because it probably is!!, the Chinese probably have all the blueprints and everything!!!

It's close, but the lines are enough different for it to be another effort at a similar specification.

Deino, you ARE da'maaaaaaaaaaaaan!

Thanks!  But me thinks I've soiled meeself now, Gov'nor!

BTW, what search engine do you use to find this stuff in the first place????
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

QuoteBTW, what search engine do you use to find this stuff in the first place????
I use no search engine ... most of the pictures I find in tree or four Chinese forums ... and then I just take a look for JH, J, H,  and some certain project numbers as I can't read Chinese !!

Going back a bit, this one:

Looks like a Su-27/YF-23 cross.  I like it.
