I am a member of IPMS USA.  I am also a West Coast guy.  I do plan on attending the nationals this year.

OK, I have 2 done that can go on display.  Got 4-6 more in the works.  If any of them turn out decent, will be entering them but plan on having 4 or 5 for the table.

How about we break tradition and try to man the table, at least, some of the time.  We are trying to make a family vacation out of this but I will be at the show as much as possible taking pics for our website and checking the vendors.

Phoenix had several tables set up between the contest and the vendors.  Some, were set up and left (real nice sci fi collection I recall) and some were manned (Airline SIG?).

I will post out on the Nats Forum and let them know we plan on showing.  Maybe, some of the other SIGs will take the hint.

So, we have,
Leigh
Shas
and me

Anyone else want to put out some display?

I am hoping ( about 80% sure) to attend, and will be bringing some whatifs and normal kits, I certainly would not mind watching the table for a while, since I will be there by myself.

I'll be there, maybe we can get a whif.com meet up going.

If this gets going long enough for the nats to swing back into the heartland (heard rumblings of St. Louis MO), I'll be there.

And then please let Martin know how to do it, as he's been trying unsuccessfully for the last 5 years to get some organisation to the UK Nats display  ;)

Just let my USA membership slide and just sent off the 26 quid to become a UK memeber.

Daryl-I won't be able to make Seattle this year and Portland is still in the air, I might not be state by then.

There is a vague chance that this "Limey" will be in S.Cal at the time of the US Nats - if so I will pop along to meet some of you lads

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I think for most of us attending the Nats for the next three years will be an either/or affair.  California's a bit far for me, plus I can't afford to take the time off this year, but Virginia Beach is one I may be interested in.  As Geoff and Martin pointed out, not everyone could be there, but enough of us to get together and have some fun.

If anything we could start planning on events for the next year or so, figure out who can attend, then coordinate things as we go along.

Does anyone have a list of where the Nats will be for the next few years?
