Hi all, found in a box this morning while looking for something else,my very first wiff! i built this when revell first released these 6 or 7 years back.
inspiation at the time was reading about the 'Graff Zeppelin' aircraftcarrier.i even had a back story with the D.A.K. seizing Cairo and Alexandria ,Graff Zeppelin and the resurgent Kreigsmarine then ensuring the flow of oil from the straits of Hormuz to the Suez canal.
I was never realy happy with the wingfold and the bomb bay doors went west,so it was consigned to a box and forgotten about for a few years,if i can find another one i would'nt mind doing one again

Nice one - always been one of my favourite kits of "Revel's Luft 46" period. You can still sometimes pick them up here in the UK and the Special Hobby one is still available at shows sometimes. You never know, now they've re-released the Gotha/Horten we may see some more re-issues ?

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Oh yea, that looks horrible, I'd hide it in a box too....NOT!  Very cool model, you should let it out of it's box more often :)
