Fabulous model, I'd love to do one like it if I get the time.

Just want to point out though that LA610, in the pictures above, is not a Griffon Tempest. Its a Fury (see the tail shape and the raised cockpit), it was ordered as a Tempest but the Tempest III was axed during construction and it was completed with a Griffon and a contra prop as the 2nd prototype F2/43 Fury. In the guise shown it has been converted again and is powered by the Napier Sabre, just like the regular Tempest, and in this form it was the fastest piston fighter ever built by Hawker.

Thanks, Van. The model was also Heller Tempest V + Ventura conversion. Modeldecals except for Almarks prototype marking.
Must do LA 610 one day.
