A NASA jetvette! B)  Hmmmm.......lots of potential in that idea. :)

I wish I knew what color I was going to use  . I'm still trying to figure out some of the final engineering. :dum: Here's what I've got so far....

Aiyeeeee!!!!   You are really doing this, aren't you?!    ;)  :)

You'll want some sort of mesh basket screen over your intake like that guy with the SuperBeetle had.

Not sure what kept his windshield and other glass from getting sucked into the cabin, either (even with some of the windows open).

Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

It looks more like Batman's undercover car! B)

You're definitely going to want some good airbrakes on that one, as well as some aircraft-style multi-disk brakes on all four wheels.

That's quite the potent concept, there.

Oh, and I hope that Hogzilla didn't get damaged too much that it can't be repaired, that one deserves to be around for a good while.

At first I was worried about the speed rating on your tires, then I realized they are never gonna touch the ground!

This looks like a fun project Eddie, a great way to keep the creative juices flowing!

Just looking at it I heard in the back of my mind the Batmobile, not one of those film abominations but the one from the 60's TV series, all angles & psychedelic crazyness!  Maybe a car for another superhero or even a supervillian???
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

While I plot my next move, I thought I'd show y'all my last Jet Vette. Some of you may have seen this before, but some of you may not. I built this out of a plastic toy car that we got from a gas station promo. I took the rocket housing from one of my flying rockets along with some tire balance weights and a rocket motor and we (my friend David and me) took it to a parking lot and this is what we got. We did this back around 83 or 84. :)

My uncle did that to some of his models once, you know, B-29s, Sunderlands, etc.
