I've looked and looked but I can't find that blasted book ANYWHERE!  So sorry.   :banghead:

I got it specifically because it has lots of info on the three IDF F-4E(S) recce birds, the ones with the HUGE nose camera housings, but the book actually covers all F-4s in Israeli service.

Thanks for trying. Effort counts  ;)
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

Start looking for your copy of  "GWR uniform button designs 1883 to 1908"   and  you won't find it, but the IDF Phantom book will appear!!

Hmmm, not one of my fringe interests actually, I'd have more joy looking for 'Le Mans sports cars of the 60s-70s' I expect, but the procedure surely holds good.

Would this be the book your talking about Kit?

Fascinating, detailed and generally very informative. Only downside is that the drawings are in a very useful 1/87 scale

As for the PW1120, I happen to find that the exhaust from my Anigrand LAVI fell into some rubber and I ended up with a couple of resin copies. Unfortunately I don't do resin casting but I could send the rubber to someone....

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

It certainly would Alastair, and as you say it's very informative.

Mine has an 'extra' in that it was signed by one of the author himself, Shlomo Alomi, right in front of me at a Telford some years ago. A fascinating bloke to talk too as well, comparing the F-4 with the Mirage, Vautour and even the P-51!

I think that might have been one of the times I managed to get to Telford Kit as I saw him signing books but they were out of my price range at the time.

I had thought of him but I would prefer to get a few this decade or even centaury, should I send the rubber to you for looking after?

You can do. I should still have some resin in the workshop.

If so, I should be quite interested in procuring about three sets of two exhausts. But feel no stress about it.
