Will die without understanding this world.

Very nice; love the flat deck too.

Nice one Fred, you've  made my day. Thats the first one I've seen built up, even Mike McEvoy hasn't finished his first one yet!

Very smart, and I also admire the deck. Well done!

King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

To win without fighting, that is the mastry of war.

Great model of a really ugly aircraft!

How'd I miss this one???

Fine job, Fred!  I've prepped the parts on my 'R' version, just got to get around to building it now!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

BlackOps

Nice work on a cool subject :)

Lookis great, especially on the carrier deck background as Hermes like the other A type rebuilds Victorious and Eagle were designed to operate a squadron of SR177 in addition to the Buccaneer and Sea Vixen (Yeap it was a quick response Day fighter intended to respond quickly to threats whilst the Vixens did the longer range loiter type CAPs).

So come on guys wheres the rest of them, Colin says the sales have been going well on both types but suprisingly few have yet to appear built !!!!.

Oooo, sexy model, good job fella!

NARSES2

Well I bought mine at the Scot's Nats, but have been away/busy since. Must admit that it was one of those kits that I wanted to sit down and build straight away (it looked that good in the box  :) ). Hopefull will start it next week. Was going to use the same markings option, may still

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks guys, look forward to seeing more of them !    Colin seems to have used the Scimitar as the inspiration for the markings - looking at my refs for the other Scimitar Sqns, I nearly decided to do it as an 804 aircraft with a white tail and tiger/dagger motif (from an Airfix Seahawk), just to be different - any takers?

Next on the stocks isn't really a WHIF, but a suitable follow on for the P177N.  Progress as of this evening:
