the canapy is off the old Revell EFA kit, with a small extension at the back from the top forward section off an airfix buccaneer slippertank.

the two versions of the same aircraft being built at the same time gives everbody a chance to see what a good kit this is.  
for a garage kit it is   VERY WELL    made better than some kits from some of the large manufactures add on parts i have used over the years  :ill: , and apart from those problems you told me about with the need for filler "and sanding it all down  :zzz: ", I  have had no problems at all.
Please continue to show your aircraft on this thread if you wish as i enjoy seeing you conventional " Big ship/airbase " fighter as a counterpoint to my small ship version

Most of the credit should go to Thorvic, as he mastered the kit, and TSRjoe also desevers credit for donateing the RTV for the first set of moulds and showing me the ropes on the moulding and casting side.

using the main undercart from a mig 1.44 wich the wife is building weels up and the nose gear is from F 14 tomcat




the glass is from a f14 for the front  and a a7 for the slideing main hood

The english word to describe such beauty escapes me at this time.

Comes to mind something in spanish, but it is a very strong interjection.

That color is like icing on the cake, gives it a natural naval look.

Really I have to hand all the praises to the authors of this model and to the modeler in charge of thist thread.

There's no "wrong" way of building this model
