QuoteAre you going to model it with the wings folded?

And, yes, I'll take some of those fine cookies, since they are perfect for sharing. ;)
 Eddie
The jury is still out on the wing fold.......................however you are far to late for the cookies,  that tin is full up with spare bits and bobs.

Update on the "GW"
Had to search out a beefed up undercart then applied the first coat of the colour.

Im still thinking about the canopy type. Im leaning towards the heavy frame "ground attack?"one, which could later sport the SEA scheme although it does have the old Skyshark look to it..or the standard Skyraider canopy. Feel free to chip in with your thoughts.

Wow that's some wonderful work there Dork! I gotta vote for the heavy-framed canopy too. It really helps obscure the origins of this beauty! Not only that, but it looks tough as nails.

I agree. And it seems to suit the overall shape of the aircraft better than the Skyraider canopy.

NARSES2

Now that would look interesting posed alongside my Australian Skyshark ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

....and why not. Only the impossible takes a little longer

Captain Canada

Wow Dork, that is a thing of beauty ! I'd go with the original frame canopy, the heavy one makes it look too clunky.

CANADA KICKS arse !!!!

Progress update,
a gloss coat and a few markings are adding a bit of "life" .

cthulhu77

Coming along nicely...a defiinite jmn confuser !

Dork, it's a close race between the two, but I'd have to go with the latter as well; as stated before it fits the aircraft better. Beautiful work so far  , I love the Korea era paint scheme, IMHO much better than the Vietnam era camouflage or overall grey. Have you thought about armament yet?
