It was amazing how much the display board added to the whole thing - stunned it only took a "couple of minutes" to knock up   Opened my eys to the possibilities

Very nice!  I've always wondered why this aircraft never went into production, so much more capable than the F-5.

Northrop management was too "cost-conscious" to change the wing on the prototypes and they thus had to sustain turn rates that greatly increased the chances of the pilot experiencing g-loc, with subsequent loss of the aircraft.  The wing loading was absurdly high and they really needed to have gone with a bigger wing to begin with instead of leaving that as a later development (I got this from someone who'd been an aerodynamic loads engineer on that program).  Having said that, have you noticed how the Korean A-50 LIFT incorporates nearly all the same systems as the F-20, but in a brand new airframe?

F-20 is a beauty and this ^^^^ mod can be a good idea
