Oh OK, I was only going on an assumption from the ones I've seen in TV shows or movie's, don't think I've seen one with fixed tip floats on screen and have never seen one IRL.

I've got the Rareplanes vacform kit of a Goose in The Loft.

It's superbly moulded, with the detail parts in Aeroclub's white metal, so it's a class act. I ought to build the darn thing one day as I've had it for decades!

Airtractor fire fighting aircraft and various spotter plane's continuously today. There is a fire 60-90ish kilometers away keeping them busy, very hot and windy so it won't be a easy day for them.

A yellow helicopter (MBB, I think)   with the word ELECTRICITY on each flank.  It was travelling very low and slow.    I think it was inspecting power lines, but Madame Rheged suggests that the driver was looking for somewhere it plug it in.

Three single radial piston engined aircraft in vee formation.  I was on the beach with the dog at the time and had neither binoculars or phone/camera but they looked like Wirraways or Harvards.
