I saw a Hughes Model 269 fly over the house early this afternoon.  It was so low, it looked like you could reach out and touch it.  I couldn't really do that, so I snapped a quick photo instead.

F-18s, Mr. Rico!  Zillions of 'em, and really loud too.  It's Fleet week and the US Navy Blue Angels are in town. Fun to look at, loud, and causing delays at the airport.

not much today, although i thought i saw a Metro LifeFlight S-76 (Cleveland) fly over the dorm (didn't see the skids like on St. Elizabeth's Life Flight's Bo-105, so i'm guessing). Friday, I was treated to not one, not two, but THREE flyovers by the Ohio State Highway Patrol's TwinStar helicopter. He flew about 30 feet over the dorms and went to the practice field/track. Amazing. And, of course, the almost daily flyovers of C-130s (910th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve, Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport). Also, I am a newbie here. Tried to build a couple models when i was younger (F-14 and AV-8B), but failed miserably. Oh well.

Saw an Mi-17 Hip come over the main train staion this morning. It was a bit foggy this morning so most of the time it was just a silhouette, but it did dodge in a out of the fog a bit too.

The sky overhead has been full of aircraft in the last 24 hours or so.  I've seen an MH-60S Knighthawk, AH-64, E-2C, and one of those Agcat or Avtruck or whatever they call 'em cropdusters.  That one was bright yellow, and the guy flew back and forth for about two hours at treetop level.  I didn't have my camera out for any of it.

From what I've heard, BAe does have one of those contraptions to play with, so if that's true its not outside the realm of possibility.

Isn't that now at the Midland Air Museum?  The one with the pictures somewhere on the forum with Ian and Lance playing in the cockpit.
