Sorry, Cap, I was out walking this afternoon, and I saw another Knighthawk.  I couldn't resist.

I also spotted this guy pulling up and away from ORF.

Its not the workbench that makes the model, it is the modeler at the workbench.

Not over my house as such, as I was sat in my Dingy fishing on Lake Windermere, First to come over was a Typhoon, flying pretty slow from South to North, the a couple of hours later a Tornado came over not flying slow. And then, the best was saved to last, 3 WAH-64's came over very low.
This free airshow made my day, as the fishing certainly did not

Just  remember, a bad day fishing is always better than a good day at work . . .

Seriously, I took my grandson (age 12) to Dover AFB Air Mobility Museum this morning, had a pretty good time.  It was my first visit there in over 4 years.  Several new (to me) displays, new aircraft - finally got to see the Connie up close.  I was surprised & pleased to see the A-26 Invader, always liked tthem.  Also, a C-5 outbound, sounded like it was pretty heavily loaded, went west.  Also a C-17 incoming, with a Cessna 172 about three minutes behind it.

No camera, though, folks.

The C-5M at AirVenture made a nice max effort takeoff and climb out...it was so quiet with the new engines...miss that vacuum cleaner sound.

A new one...looks like a new contractor or just a different aircraft...either way he likes to fly low as well...though it was harder to hear his approaching the house compared to the Cardinal RG.
