Saw an AAC Lynx AH.7 yesterday, & one of Yorkshire Air Ambulance's MD.902 Explorers today, both over York University.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Nice shot, Nils. Puma's are awesome.

Saw this one yesterday near Bayfield, ON. I think it was doing some kind of survey of the powerlines....

I couldn't get my camera up in time, but I heard the "whoosh" from a high-pitched jet and looked up just in time to spot what looked an awful lot like an L-29 Delfin.

Don't worry until the black ones show up.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

I called Ottawa and told them I'd had enough of the run-of-the-mill Jet Ranger buzzing about, and to send me down down something with a little more flair. Lo and behold, a nice Bo-105 flies in ! Of course, I never have my camera when I see her in the air.....

Not over my house, but on the way home, as I went past Humberside Airport there was a G.IV on the pan.  Big aren't they? :o

I've gotten back into the habit of taking my camera with me wherever I go, and I managed to get a few plane pictures while I was out watching my nephews' soccer games last week.

I don't know much about GA types, but the upturned tailplanes make me think this is a Bonanza:

This is very blurry (and I apologize, I forgot you're not supposed to use a flash in low light), but airliners.net tells me this is the local LifeNet EC-135:

Saturday morning was a very warm (68 degrees) sunny shooting day, and I caught this one just before it climbed out of range:

It's four-engined, but that's all I can tell.

Driving home yesterday I was passed by several (about six) sand coloured Mastiffs with slat armour.  Unusual sight to say the least!
