*laughs* Works for me.  After all, since the F-100 only could use probe and drogue, the USAF had plenty of tanker assets in theater set up for that.  Hmm, if someone was ambitious, how about some KC-121s?  Perhaps re-engined with turboprops and with KC-130F refueling pods under each wing and another drogue deploying from the fuselage?  Or, sharing assets with the USN, KP-3s?

Got the other set of pylons on, plus the main gear doors cut & arranged, next is the PSR from Al-Qaeda on the gear doors then getting the engine in before it time to paint.

Update: Got the wing finished for the most part, still need a little touchup on the tan though

and the underside, still need to digup some more missile rails for the outboards.

Just a quick update: I've got most of the PSR done & I could have the assembly finished in a couple of days, so I put this one on the back burner so I could get the major work on my Mono GB F-20 done. Should be back to work on this one come next week or so.

Shas - Just a thought, not a criticism

The Star/Bar, should be on the opposite (left/port) wing and you may want to think about using a miniature one too. Think Vietnam camouflaged F-105/F-4/F-102's etc....

Like I say, just a thought. It's your model, right ?
