No I never did finish the model, a few things have kept me away from modelling last year so not much else was done to the Macchi since the pics were taken.

I want to get my Ki-83 finished for the Piston Perfection GB before doing anymore work on my Macchi, if things go right I might have the Macchi finished by next summer.

This is a very nice kit for the price and if you have a chance to get one for a sale price by all means do it! The decal sheet alone is reason enough to get one of these kits.
There are no really bad problems with building this kit its just a little different than most of the other kits I build.

BTW, there are no more models being sold at Wal-Mart, they are selling off all model kits and modelling supplies. I have stocked up on some paints and X-acto replacement blades for almost nothing.
