Wow and here I am drinking orange juice. Coincidence? I think not.

Absolutely first-rate work Ian! I'm really enjoying watching this one come together.

Just finishing my round of duty so will be able to get back to some serious plastic fondling tomorrow. So next for this Meteor will be the (scale) 24" ID stripes outboard of the nacelles, anti-glare panels and some more (squadron) colours.

Pics (probably) Thursday.

Very close to finishing now. Just a wee bit of weathering and panel lines to do and repaint the rings around the cowl lips, then glue the undercarriage on (it's just pushed into place for these pics), and that is it....

Thanks for all the encouragement and kind, kind comments folks.

Wow!!!  Looks the same, yet kinda different if you get what I mean (I'm not sure I do myself).  I guess what I'm trying to say is it gives the Meatbox quite a different look, but not enough that you a big doubletake on seeing it.

Fantastic work Ian, will it be at Donnie tomorrow???
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Day-um, that's one gorgeous piece of work, Ian.
