I'm thinking of getting hold of the Revell Typhoon kit, more for the weapons then anything so I had a look at ARC to see what's offered.  I then saw they almost as many Typhoon whiffs as real-world builds, so I thought I'd post them.  Some have been posted before, but there's no harm in seeing them twice!

Part 1: Partner Nations

Gorgeous spurious Italian special scheme

Retro British wraparound scheme

Retro German scheme, model built before Typhoon entered service
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Part 2: Customer Nations

Hellenic (Greek) Typhoon

Turkish Typhoon.  Greece & Turkey are like squaballing kids, what one has the other has to have!

Czech Typhoon in splinter, I'm almost certain a scheme like this would never see the light of day, but I wish it would

Singapore Typhoon in 'Hill' F-4/F-5 type scheme

Singapore Tiffie with F-20, both in Hill scheme

Singapore Typhoon in low-viz grey scheme

Singapore Typhoon & Rafale both in low-viz style scheme, shows of the differences & similarites nicely

I know several people here have done their own Tiffie whiffs so feel free to post them!

I did a "long-nosed" Luftwaffe 2-seat Wild Weasel version in Winter colours. 1/48th Italeri kit.

I remember that Terry - the one with the Felt Tip Pen nose?  That was a corker

Typhoons are really becoming a common sight round these parts, though usually several thousand feet up, so too far away to get a good piccie of.  Saw 4 sets of 2 when I went for a walk on Thursday.  Gorgeous machines

Ah, nice one Nils, I remember that one now.  I know there's a few been done, probably so many I've forgotten most of them!  Wooksta, Rad, be good to see your's if you can post them, although I don't hold out much hope of Rad posting any pics!

Got myself Revell's 1/72 two seater Tiffie yesterday, like I mentioned, mainly for the weapons although the kit itself may get kitted out as a dedicated bomb truck.  It has four Meteor's which'll come in very hand, although I thought there were supposed to be ASRAAM's & IRIS-T among others, although is that the single seater or the 1/48 kit only?

The single seater 1:72 has the ASRAAM, IRIS-T, plus Taurus and Storm Shadow.

An escort for my TSR-2!!  Thank you Mossie!

A Typhoon flying in formation with a TSR-2 would be an awesome sight  :o
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

There is actually a picture of said plane somewhere on this site, if you can be bothered to search for it ;)

I have seen Tornadoes and Nimrods (just wait for the next Fincastle in Australia) at RAAF Edinburgh a few years back.  Also, if you get a chance try this.
