Iranian Twin-tailed F-5 Evolution

It's probably been mentioned before, but came across this pic:

showing the Iranian "Lightning" which looks to be a remanufactured Tiger II or Freedom Fighter with twin tails; it'll be interesting to see what other changes have been made.

That leads to a WIF-idea: an F-20 fuselage with a higher-mounted Hornet-derived wing, intakes, and tails - yeah, I know that would produce a Super Bug with even _less_ room for  fuel ;-)

I recall the evolution from F-5 to YF-17 included a high wing F-5 ('ish) concept.

edit: Wikipedia has  decent looking 3 view line drawing for Saeqeh, alternatively spelt Sa'eqeh; Saegheh, or Saeqeh-80

You could go F-20 all the way back to rear fuselage area, deleting the splitter plates on the intakes, add F-5 engines, and scratch the not so vertical tails.
