just found this, it appears that A-model is releasing a 1/72 kit of the worlds biggest helo  B), soory, read the neme wrong  :wacko: , its the MI-10 HOMER  :blink:

The one in your link is an older and even bigger beastie the V-12
Project Cancelled SIG Secretary, specialising in post war British RN warships, RN and RAF aircraft projects. Also USN and Russian warships

Nice, but I'd be real concerned about the strength of the wing to fuselage joint. thats a very small wing root with a whole lot out at the wing tips.

A-model has done larger kits with larger wings. They will probably be made from glassfiber like the An-22 kit

It's funny, I got the new Squadron mailer yesterday, and there's a listing for a 1/72 Il-76 Mainstay, also by A-model, and they only want $314 and change for it.  That's got to be HUGE.

The V-12 was designed to carry mobile nuclear missiles and their Transporter Erector Launchers - so, yeah, its big.

Me wants one, but price?  Previous A Monster kits have been around £150 :(
