Nice!!  Perhaps we could see the Tucumcari in a similar scheme?

Couple more Rotodynes, RN this time:

60's SAR Colours, with large dayglo orange patches over EDSG.

70's/80's SAR Colours, red replaced the dayglo as this tended to fade rapidly.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

YAYYYYYYYYYYY I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who remembers 'Tailspin'. Loved that animated series (read cartoon) but then, hell I'm a sucker for a good cartoon.

Oh yeah, the Norwegian Air Forces (Luftforsvaret, you probably won't be able to say that after a few Labbats Todd!) Sea Kings are very real, they're the Westland incarnation.  Very eye catching in their dayglo over white scheme.  They occaisonaly make it over to blighty for air shows, I vaguely remember seeing one some years ago.

In no particular order.....

Austrian Alouette III

Dutch AB-204 in EDSG/Sky

Greek AB-205

Danish Alouette III on floats

Irish Air Corps Dauphin, now sadly retired in favour of the AB-309. Love that scheme, very classy, would look nice on a Jet-Ranger, or Bell 212

USMC HH-46, wouldn't the V-22 look 'interesting' in these colours....

Mmmmmmmm, Merlin. Danish SAR bird.

Wouldn't this Swedish Super Puma look great in the splinter scheme with all that day-glo orange.

Will post some more later.
