This thread hasn't been updated in 18 months, but I couldn't see opening another thread for one lousy truck.  Spotted riding through the town of Havana last weekend:

On the day I flew to Florida, I had to drive from Portsmouth up to Richmond, and somewhere on 64 West we passed a couple of Army convoys.  One passed us too fast for me to get any pictures, but I was able to snap photos of the second group when we hit a rest stop.

Stopped at the Michigan's Own Military Museum in Frankenmuth, MI. on Monday. Didn't do the indoor tour, but they had a few beauties outside.

I never knew Tamiya made a Duece, I don't look at armour that often. Gonna need to pick one of those up, spent enough time driving/riding one. Can you get CF crests for the doors?

I need a RW version, maybe WHIF one into the camper I always wanted.

Its a HET!  The next gen M-1070A1's an even bigger beast.  It and its M-1000 trailer weigh in at 45 tons.  They're simply amazing brutes.

Being as Oshkosh Truck is just a few miles down the road and there are subcontractors and satellite Oshkosh Truck facilities as well, I get to see their products almost daily. In fact their Pierce Fire Truck plant is just a few blocks away from my house and there too we get to see specialize military vehicles converted to fire fighting vehicles. They are impressive to watch perform at the obstacle courses...most 4x4 SUVs and Pickups can't match their performance over the same course!

There are plenty of new ones waiting to be shipped to their end users.

Supacat are marketing the Bowler (now QT) Wildcat to military customers, that's got to be pretty cool as far as military vehicles go!  Basically a souped up Land Rover Defender rally car with weapons fit.
