Jag looks right in Luftwaffe colours Mav, saying that, so does most things!  Great looking aircraft in a great scheme!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Morning Gang,

Another build that was half-finished before my return to the plastic.  This uses the Zhengdefu kit (ewwww) as a basis and is, in short, a dog of a kit.  Possibly the worst example of 'reverse-engineered' stuff that I've seen.  I was originally loathe to add the stores in the weapons bay as I felt that the JSOW from the Hase weapons set was a better kit than the aircraft, but decided to complete it moreso to get it out of the way than anything else.

Eagle eyes will notice the unit as VA(AW)-5.  This is totally fictional and whilst I know that the USN VA squadrons operated in all weathers, I felt that the designator might truly reflect this naval Goblin's role.  Loadout is the aforementioned JSOW and a much cruder HARM.

Morning Gang,

Here's another build and my final for the Armour GB.  It's an Aussie Leo II and was my initial project for the GB but delayed until I finally sourced an AFV Club M151 RWS.  The impetus for this one was my well-known dissatisfaction regarding the ARA's decision to purchase second-hand M1 Abrams as their new MBT.

That's one really ferocious looking AFV, Mav! Looks totally loaded for bear and then some!

Say, would you be okay with me using this load-out and scheme (or a close approximation of it) on one of my 1:48 F-16B/D's, Maverick?

Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Go for it John,

The original kit was an Asian knockoff & a dog to be honest so I'll more than likely redo the thing myself (in 72nd of course).  As a minor note, don't hang the ECM pod (ALQ-131) like I did, as this is a USAF item, not USN.

John
