Well, it would take a version of that with a different gearbox to fit the V-22 nacelle.  What's more likely is RR/Allison coming up with a more potent version of the engine that's in there (there's already been some testing on the Bell/Boeing testbed aircraft), particularly if that is combined with some of the measures Bell is developing and demonstrating to improve reliability and MTBO for the engines and nacelles (yes, there are proposals out there, no I can't comment more than in generalities about them).
