well my harddrive died this weekend and I cant replace it at this time.soooooo i cant post my pics (I'm currently using the public computer at the library) I'll post my pics of all my current projects once i get my computer back up

Ouch. Is it a hardware failure, or something that's potentially recoverable (e.g. corruption in the partition or directory stucture)?

I'm not sure as yet but I have a friend who is a computer tech that said he would take a look this weekend and tell me what is wrong with it.The thing makes a funny sound and starts skipping,so I will know more this weekend
