Thanks again guys!

Ian,
I do have one of those Shinden kits in my stash but that will have to wait another year or so, I am working on a Ki-83 right now and have decided on some interesting Japanese markings for it...these Japanese subjects are nice for a change!
The real reason for doing a few models of Japanese planes right now is I am reading the new Dora book by Jerry Crandall and am waiting for the second volume of the JaPo Dora book to arrive before doing any more Luftwaffe stuff. What does this have to with what-ifs you may be wondering? Quite a bit actually, in order to do some decent Luft'46 models it helps to understand fully how the late war planes were painted and the colors that were used in the final weeks of the war.
The book by Crandall and the two JaPo books are a goldmine of information and I intend learn as much as I can so I can make some realistic looking what-ifs so I can fake out a few JMNs. :D
