I didnt say turn the kit into a Gripen, just think along those lines mate ;) At one time I planned on crossing an F-20 with a Gripen & vice-versa, but that got lost along the way.

I just meant that, to me, the airframes look similar enough to make the conversion fruitless. If you'd like to do it, go right ahead, I won't.

Just a thought, but consider a F-20/Skyhawk hybrid with the Skyhawk's wing and horizontal tail and using the F-20's MLG and adding another pylon where the Skyhawk wing MLG is.  You could conceiveably also add the Sidewinder rails to the wingtips.

Very good idea Jon! B)  I've got a pair of those exact wings (w/ the LEX attached) to donate to your cause, if you want them. PM your address if you do. :)

Sounds cool, Evan. What's an MLG???

Eddie, Pm inbound.

"MLG" would be "Main Landing Gear" in this case I believe.

Ooooh. Well that makes a little more sense now... And sounds like a good route.

Absolutely correct.  Sorry about using the abbreviation, it's one I'm way too used to.

Thanks for the clarification, Evan. It's fine. I do the same thing at work all the time, and new people just tilt their heads and go, "Huh?".

Eddie, did you get my PM before the break?

Thank you once again, Eddie. I'll post a pic of them taped on when they get here. I'm only a state away, so it shouldn't take that long.
