QuoteFolks,

Okay, you want heresy?  No problem.  I got your heresy right here...

A DeHavilland Mosquito - in natural metal finish as they decided to dispense with all that finicky woodwork!

Same lines, same size just made in the conventional fashion and thus now suitable for a full-on Alclad rendering.

Do that and watch the JMN heads start bursting!

Its not really much of a stretch as De Havilland built the all-metal DH 95 Flamingo prior to the war.
The proposals that became the Mossie only used wood out of concerns over conservation of strategic materials.

BTW the system DH used was not really any more finicky than metal construction, in some ways it was less finicky.

I always thought the ultimate heresy was Wooksta, building a Phantom kit.

Dont worry, i wont be posting it up LOL
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.

For it to be the ultimate, be all-end all heresy, it would have to be a Hasegawa Phantom, not just any old Phantom. Although that's not very pleasent either. :P

Four words:
NO TOMCATS, JUST HORNETS!!!!!!

(as in the Hornet (A/C) flew before Tom, and Tom was cancelled.)
In my opinion, British, Canadian, or USAF markings make things look so much better...
