If anyones brave enough here's some drawings including the AEW Nimrod.

I would be very careful with this download, I had all sorts of problems on my computer this morning.  Once I deleted the file, things started to work right again.

I've had two on back-order since late 2005 when they were first announced, actually one in late 2005 and one in early 2006.  Oddly, the one I ordered in 2005 shows up on my recent invoices as still on back-order but the 2006 one doesn't.  I hope I get both.

My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

I've heard it's delayed by several years because they've realised the wings don't fit......  :lol: :lol: :lol:

;D :dalek: ;D
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Mine arrived today (wednesday). more than worth the walk to the local post office to pick it up

Chatting via PM's with Bill Clarke over on Britmodeller, he gets his shops' stock from Hannants. Apparently ALL available staff are on Nimrod packing duties for the rest of this week and next. Which is great news if you've ordered a Nimrod but fairly pants if like me you've ordered a Lancia Stratos  :wacko: !!

IT'LL NEVER SELL I TELLS YA!  IT'LL NEVER SELL!!

Nice to see the armchair experts proved wrong.

Again :)

Don't know if I'll keep mine (if I get it).  Probly only if someone does an AEW3 conversion.

Oh i think an AEW3 conversion will be done before the years end - So many have mentioned it i would expect to see a couple announced in the next few weeks  in a race to be first off the mark.

As for sales Airfix have already sold out, they only produced to order levels from the distributors so they have already recouped the costs  :lol:

Will have to scour a couple of model shops and see if I can pick pne or two up. It'll probably be about 5 - 10 years before airfix re -release the beast!.
