From the Big H via the man in a red van -

Anigrand 1/144 -Horten XVIII and Kawasaki Ki 91. Suprisingly for once cheaper to get via Hannants because of the fall in value of sterling lately

Some 1/72 Kits at War Comonwealth Liberator transfers for my Anigrand B-32 when it comes

Some Eduard masks and Pro-modeller wash, thought I'd gie it go
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Chris...... make sure you let that ProModeller Wash dry for a minimum 4-6hrs otherwise it'll just wash back-out of the panel lines. I have some and used it on the Profile GB/RAF 100 MiG 21..... must admit it came out ok, but NEEDS a coat of varnish after wiping-off to keep it in place.

From eBay this week, another Airfix 1:48 Hawk T1 and a set of Superscale decals for USAAF Spit VIII's & IX's.

Another Airfix Magister off ebay, this one to be a swept-wing Israeli "Super-Tzukit" as per the Magister thread.

This one sat in the sorting office for ages because they forgot to give it to me when I went in with a red slip (there were two kits but only one slip because they arrived on the same day). Then my mother happened to go in for yet another undelivered parcel and they insisted on giving it to her because it was the same address, even though it had my name on it not her's: good job it wasn't anything embarrassing, eh?

Fudge these or similar Peoples Republic of Britain Air Force markings from two-part D type roundels & a 1/144 Soviet star & you might ruffle some feathers....

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Aside
Just been to BIG H's website...... they've sold out of HobbyBoss MiG 17F's, but I pre-ordered the PF. I'll pick-one-up at Telford next month, not desparate.

That's something I never knew about, interesting.....

For the HobbyBoss MiG-15bis, the Chinese markings are wing only (ie 4) as the fuselage area where they usually go is entirely red.
If you want the normal 6 Chinese insignia, consider the Hobby Boss T-6 Texan, as that has full Chinese insignia as an option (ie 6) and you could always stick a multitude of RAF colours on it. A cracking kit too.

From Squadron,

Tamiya 1/700 IJN Transports... just because the ships were cool looking. The tank transport looks like it could be whiffed into a small jump jet carrier.

Aoshima 1/144 Ki-46III Dinah. Two kits in one box. No cockpit, but it looks pretty nice. One will be moderately whiffed into a French plane in Indochina.

Trumpeter 1/144 F-22A Raptor. Amazing little kit. The clear canopy comes attached (or molded with) the gray plastic upper fuselage. The kit has about as many parts and as much detailing as a 1/72 or 1/48 plane.

Minicraft 1/144 C-118A - the Presidential Plane version. Hard to pass up for $1.89.
