From the Kit Box in a very windy Whitley Bay, all 1/72

Tamiya Mustang at a very good price
Toko Sopwith TF2 Salamander for the RAF 100 build
Accademy Typhoon to finish my WIF line up
Revell Hurricane IIC

Then all the way from Hong Kong, Anigrand 1/144

Northorpe XB 49 + 3 bonus kits
Me P08-01 + 4 bonus kits
Nakajima G10N1 Fugaku + 3 bonus kits

First Anigrand 1/144 stuff I've bought. Very nice and these big bombers are well suited to the scale plus the bonus kits are really nice

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Just had the following delivered to me:

HobbyBoss 1/72 Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8,

Some True Details resin wheels,

Tamiya liquid suface primer,

Squadron white putty,

Two sets of Model Master enamel paints...the ones that came in those stupid metal boxes.

The HobbyBoss Fw 190A kit is an improvement over their Fw 190D-9, while its far from perfect its a pretty good value considering the low cost of the kit. I look forward to getting their He 162, Me 163, and Me 262 kits.

Rather have a Sabre than a Hunter anyday

I know I'm the 72nd co-ordinator, Yeah, I'll take the 144th stuff as well. No problems.

At MK Show today....

BoobyHoss Spitfire Vbs (x2) and Hurricane IIc Trop...1/72nd.
The Spits amazingly have NO U/C doors!! but otherwise are fine.
Expect one with a ski u/c and the other with spats (courtesy of the PM Fokker D-21)
from Mike McEvoy, a 1/72nd Hasegawa P-38L, without instructions but not a problem as I have those anyway. This could well be a South korean F-38L from the Korean War (as Korea ASKED for ex-USAAF P-38s based/stored in Japan in 1948, but the US said their was no threat from north Korea) or it could be a RAF one based in North Africa....I have "some" artwork.

Revell 1/72 Hawker Hunter F.6, Monk Bar Models in York.  Surprised it's taken me so long to get this kit!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
