Know what you mean Nils. The same one's that are used by a not named politician for his pleasure flight. Then gets stuck in some remote airfield while our soldiers in Afganisthan are waiting to come home  >:(

Got the same one in the stash also. Have the same plan as you but don't know how to do markings (yet)

Not much stash growth, but I got a silver plated paint marker from the Starship Modeler store. It is, as kids today would say "totally awesum, dude!" The pictures don't do the marker justice - it looks like a smooth, reflective silver (or aluminum) plating. No brush or pen marks visible.

Italeri 1/72 UH1B
Academy 1/48 MH-6.  I could have sworn it said 1/72 in the shop! :banghead:
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Captain Canada

HobbyBoss F-84G. Nice little kit ! Simple, so I won't get too many gluey fingerprints on it !

A tin each of Humbrol 89 and 96, for a Taiwanese A-7, I'm thinking....

Modelzone in Sheffield had a good "reduced" pile....Revell 1/72nd B-26B Invader(Italeri) and B-25J Mitchell(Hasegawa) for £6.99 a piece, so I had one of each.
The B-26B will be straight from the box using the Korean War decals as it's such an attractive "beat-up" birdie!
The B-25J Mitchell will steal the French markings from the Invader to become the machine on the front cover of "Biggles: Foreign Legionnaire"

Then, 'cause I couldn't resist, in 1/72nd from Revell, a Nieuport 28C-1, SPAD XIII, Fokker Dr.1(x2) and Sopwith Camel.
All to be "whiffed"

Ahhhh that will be the Israeli one you were mentioning...... or was it Chilean, my memory isn't what it used to be !

NARSES2

SMER (ex Heller) 1/72 Moraine Saulnier Ms 225. Adds to my growing between the wars French collection. The moulds are perhaps some of the "flashist" I've seen in a long while but she'll clean up ok
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Continuing my Biplane fetish...
ordered from Models For Sale on Monday, and delivered today, Wednesday morning....fantastic service!

1/48th SMER Camel....NEVER buy this...go for the Revell "clean up" of these moulds, but if you want a proper Camel, seek elsewhere, like Roden. Belgian decal option though.
1/48th Revell Fokker D.VII x 2
Academy 1/72nd SPAD XIII...cheap, but I prefer the Revell pressing. Academy has USAAC decals though, which I want.
Revell 1/72nd Fokker D.VII.
Techmod decal sheet (nice!!) for 1/48th Polish Fokker D.VIIs.

Thanks for the offer, but I've already a new engine, cowling etc., from the spares. The SMER Camel will be radically modified.
Thanks again,

Courtesy of Thorvic I received a Hasegwa 1/72 F-2A/B.  This one will be whiffed as the 2-seat B model in Blue Impulse markings (as was envisioned in the original F-2 order)

I have some Blue Impluse decals for the F-1B which I didn't use, do you need any?
