Swapped with my friend Mort for a box of wargames figures:

Revell 1/144th Chinook
Revell 1/100th Hind D
Revell 1/100th UH-1H

No particular plan for these and I'm trying to stick to 1/72nd, so if anyone wants to trade them for something "interesting", PM me.

(Also got a 1/144th Revell MiG-23 to go with them)

Called into Darlington looking for a new case and ended up in the Art shop who just happen to have a bit of a sale on and bought a Russian T-37A tank and a T-38 tank, both by Maquette and both 1/35 plus a set of 1/35 MiniArt German Tank crew at work but no case yet  ;D

How is their selection in that shop these days Steve?  When I went in last year it seemed that their model section had shrunk quite a bit.
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

They seem to have a bit better selection, looks like they've been ordering off Pocketbond, Airfix, Academy, Trumpeter and a few Russian make kits.

eBay fairy delivered me a Revell box scale Douglas D-558-2 Skyrocket, MISB 1994 reissue. R/W mini dio.

EDIT: WOW! Bigger than I was expecting! Very nifty wee thing - ah, raised decal placement markings  :o ;D. Need to scrounge some replacement insignia and NACA markings.....

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Zac sent me a 1/72 Tamiya P-51D Mustang, with a few missing parts. As a result of the missing bits, Zac has now forced my to do it as a Turboprop

Thanks m8!

PS: Looks like the customs somewhere have had it open, judging by the tape that had been used to re-seal the box :o

Two of my final ebay wins arrived today, one Airfix, t'other Tamiya. Not getting any more Mosquitos from ebay. One of the other Airfix ones arrived yesterday. Think I have almost enough now...

Uh-huh....I'd bet a pound you're getting more within a week.   ;D
