In the same vein:  Someone could model the end of Heathrow's runway to look like an aircraft carrier; that was some short landing run today wasn't it.   I second the motion for that crew to get a medal the size of a frying pan.

At least it was proven that the B777ER is not suited for carrier landings...

True, true, and supposedly the most quiet in the industry!
