First, we begin with the model shelves construction: 2x8's from floor to 9-ft ceiling (not to mention several trips to the dump to empty this part of the basement):

But what are shelves without unbuilt kits stacked 3 rows deep???

And the most important thing is that our "media room" in the basement has gone from THIS:



to THIS:



See the happy faces?  We couldn't even see our TV for the past 4 months!

And here are some models in their final display space in the media room (lots of room for new ones):

That's a better selection than any of the remaining retail hobby shops in the ENTIRE Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Sucks to have a Squadron Open House only once a year........

In one of those pics.....in the second post.....of the kits on the shelves...do I see a box labeled....X-WING A-10?!?!?! This has never been brought to our attention why?!?! I think you owe us all....a shubbery!

I'm sure if I make an offer, you would be willing to lower the stash?

Course, you did take the time to box em all up, move them to the new digs and block your TV with them for 4 months.  Probably should have made an offer earlier last year.

How about some close ups of the built pile?  I recognize a few but not all.
