These ones will replace the S-61s and there is a possibility of the NFH-90 repacing the SH-60s sometime in the future.

I take it you mean why are they this scheme - after a long, painful saga, the Navy agreed to simply have theirs painted the same as those of the Army - I expect it will change in the future though.
