No pics of the aircraft today, but here is one of the ASAT missile it will carry.  The pic has a HARM alongside for scale.  It's a big missile!

Right now the model is partially painted, and will hopefully be done tomorrow.

Here is a shot right before painting.  The scheme will have silver, white, and black.  The silver panels were masked before the white was painted yesterday, now we are on to the black.

Well the paint's on.  Almost time for decals and gluing on the fiddly bits.

Now I'm thinking I should have called it 'Magpie' instead of 'Raven'.

Magnificent paint scheme as always! I'm very impressed with this bird, absolutely fantastic! makes me want to get my Italeri A-4E/F and Typhoon wings and get to work on my F-19! Go Groom Lake Go!!!

Well, I had hoped to finish this tonight since I have to leave for work for a week early tomorrow morning.  Unfortunately things didnt go together as quickly as I hoped, so it will have to wait until next weekend to be finished. 

It's mostly done, but I have a few more decals I'd like to put on, then some weathering, then sticking on the fiddly bits.  But here is a shot of her as she sits without gear, but with the Hughes SIM-12B 'Longbow' missile and its launch rack temporarily attached.

More pics next week when I get her finished and post a proper gallery article.
