I've updated my website showing in-progress shots of most of the models I've done recently and models currently in development. Everything shown is at *some* level of physical development... not just "stuff I'd like to do someday."

Yes, probably some adult ADD going on here.

GTX

Wow!

At last a kit of the X-men jet - I didn't realise it was so big.  And the Lenticular Re-entry Vehicle!!!

What scale will the Grumman Nutcracker and North American NR-349 be?

Regards,

Greg
All hail the God of Frustration!!!

The X-jet is superb.  Love that thing.

Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

1/72 for both. General rule of thumb... fighters 1/72, bombers&recon 1/144.

... may I add a wish ????

I'd love to do the Talon (and the roboplane, I forget the name) in 1/72, but someone else is doing larger-scale versions (1/48, I believe, and 1/24 or some such), so the business decision was made to pass on it.

Also: my first kit for Fantastic Plastic, the Avro 730 bomber, is being reworked for re-release. It will improve panel lines and fit, as well as adding details and a surprise extra.

I'm not sure that this particular version had a periscope. It think it was the earlier design.

Oh NO , please not :banghead: ... why do I have to do without a 1/72 version, only because somebody else announced it in a larger scale ... which is then substantially more expensive and does not fit into my collection.

So PLEASE !!!!! .. maybe we could do a poll ??

Cheers, Deino

The logic is simple and, sadly, reasonably accurate. How many copies of an obscure design is someone going to buy a model of? If there is a market for a grand total of 80 kits in the whole world (and when it comes to garage kits, selling 80 kits is often Doing Pretty Good), and it takes you selling 50 kits to make break even, and there are *two* companies selling kits... well, profit often goes *negative.*

As I said,I'd love to do the Talon. It'd fit right in with the other models I'm doing/have done. But whether to kit the thing woudl be left to Allen Ury of Fantastic Plastic.

NOTE: Just looked up the other Talon model I knew of... seems there's been some troubles with it (kits pre-paid for, never delivered, that old story). So, maybe there's hope.
