That is amazing!  I haven't seen anybody turn a model out of wood since I was at school!
  Can't wait to see how this turns ot (pardon the pun)!

Out of the hundreds of German secret projects, the Triebflugel has to be my favorite. I really look forward to seeing this model finished...however long it takes.

Is the wood piece going to be the actual model or are you going to use it as a master to vacuform the fuselage?
