A smashing new release this over at Combat Ace by 'The Insky Group' a group of Chinese modders to which I've simply toned down some very bright white walkway markings and added Parani markings. A very nice aircraft!

The stock (but non-flyable) Tu-16 comes with this nice silver 'Soviet' skin and it's a doddle to create a Parani Badger with decals. The nose needed something to break up all that bare metal so I designed some sort of Arabic style bomber patch. I quite like the Badger and it's certainly a graceful looking aircraft.

This is the stock silver skin but I've tinted it grey and then screwed the specular, glossiness and reflection settings right down. I do like the Grupo 1 marking!

Perhaps Grupo 1 cut their teeth of this Soviet tactical bomber before progressing up to the Badger.

Bristol Vincentious B.1 - No.617 'The Dambusters' Squadron, RAF Bomber Command, 1957

The first British V-Bomber to enter service, and the only one to have defensive armament, was the Bristol Vincentius which entered service in 1955.

I've seen the 'Badger' being regarded as a contemporary of the Vickers Valiant so I thought I'd see just how it looks in Anti-Flash White and with pale markings... pretty darn good I think!!

N.B. The nose marking is a bit of 'artistic licence'.

Only two RAF squadrons were equipped with the Convair B-58 Hustler, No.100 and No.139 squadrons based at RAF Wittering.

SF2:Europe has some Alpine scenery (rarely seen in game but it is there) so it's nice to show an aircraft over a snowy terrain once in a while.

My recent experiments with 'tinting' the stock silver skins was probably always going to end up with a V-Force Blinder! It's OK but the stock 3D model has some of the windows painted on instead of proper transparancies (not a criticism as it's meant to be non-flyable 'target'). Anyway, I've gone for the Vickers Vengeance name and classic 617 Squadron markings!

This add-on aircraft is by the prolific Veltro2K and he's also done the later Bear-H maritime recce aircraft and the four-jet Bison too! This is a big aircraft!

I was going to call this Fitter FGA.3 but suddenly hit upon the Supermarine Syrena name. I see this as, perhaps, a parallel programme to the Supermarine Type 545 studies eventually producing a supersonic Hunter replacement entering service in the early 1960's and finishing with a last hurrah in 'Desert Storm'. Nurse, my medicene please!
