Not going to get much done today. The Daytona 200 is on tele,as well as the Superbike race. I've got a few buds coming over to watch, and drink, of course ! And I'm making chicken nachos. Grilled chicken, extra old cheddar, black olives, jalapeno, green onions, salsa, sour cream, beer......

As predicted, no progress last night. I did dig everything back out at around midnight, but at that point I was to pissed to do anything.....update tonite, I promise !

I don't normally build this way, but I just had to see how the paint would look. As you can see, it still needs another coat, some touch ups and some weathering.....as well as some stencils.

And after much deliberation, I've decided on closing in the bomb bay........ah-ha ! Just kidding ! I'm actually sizing it up for the doors I have to build......you can also see the weapons pylons, kit parts, some Hase weapons set parts, as well as a twin 'winder rail from a Testors 48th scale Phantom.

She's starting to look rather menacing now......should be done in the next couple of days. I'll try to get some nice pics of her in natural light as the flash isn't doing justice.
