I'm in, not 100% sure of what I'll build though.  I'm leaning towards something from a US subsidized democratic Cuba, either a 1960s build like a -104 or F-5A following the successful Bay of Pigs invasion to topple Castro, or a 2011 Cuban aircraft following the 2009 democratic uprising.  If I go with the latter I'm thinking about a surplus USN S-3 patrolling Cuban waters on drug interdiction missions.
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

PanzerWulff

I'm planning a Aruban Self Defence Force Floatplane Vampire FB.5 in shallow water cammoflauge

I'm in with a 48th AV8 Harrier that has been gathering dust.  Hmmm. digital jungle camo in bright colours I think might fit the bill.

One of two builds for me:

1/72 F-16 Republic of Cuba
1/72 something for the Conch Republic

My web host seems to have disappeared, else I'd show you the paint scheme I've got in mind for the Cuban F-16 (it was on ARC a few months ago).

The country is Javaria.
The airplane is an A-5 Menaz ("Menace") which, of course, is really a modified Seiran.   :banghead:
But she'll be in very rough shape!

I just got an eBay victory yesterday which contained a bunch of old, beat up models, among them an L-29!  I'm thinking maybe Henristani might be the subject of my entry now.

There as also a Hasegawa A-4F, a Hasegawa Fuji T-1A, a Hasegawa T-34, and an Airfix Jet Provost in there too, so some 3rd World country (fictional or not) might get lucky.

I'm in! The old but beautiful 1/72 Monogram P-36 will be the basis for my project, with some interesting additions.

You know, AnthonyP, it is actually more than just one week when you think about it (more like 9 days, give or take) so I'm sure you could get the lead out, eh?  Shoot for no less than a finished model per day, perhaps???
