I'm usually just a lurker but I think I'll get in on this. I fudged up the tracks on a 1/72 Trumpeter AS-90 so I try it as a hover/anti-grav type thing if thats possible. I'll try to post pics but have never done this before. Wish me luck.

Jump on in Bub!  I like the sound of a hover AS90.

When you get a chance hop over to the everyday chat forum to let us know your views on twiglets, beer, Monty Python and Canada (this way we know how best to taunt you!)

;D

Welcome!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Me, I'm dishonest, and you can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest.
Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

Yep, you get your Cookie!

Like the Hovertank, although I can only see the third pic, the other two just show red x's.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

BlackOps

Great Doodads!  Very nice details, if the rest follows along this progression it's going to rock for sure  ;D

Heres some more pics. It's still a little rough, the missle launcher isn't mounted; its just there to show where it's going, and I still need more stuff on it. I might try to do some kind of ground anchoring system and/or spade type of something, don't know yet.

That's some serious firepower!!!

All hail the God of Frustration!!!

Yeah it's kinda go big or go home. She may still get a couple of launchers or guns on the front end.

Clearly Canadian!  The attention to detail, the creativity and effortless execution...all very Canadian (naturally).

Welcome, Brother Canadian.  Can you spare a Twiglet?    ;D
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

I have been busy w/ other some other models on rainy days and working outside as much as I can with spring here. I tried to make the feet as functional as possible but just couldn't get the rear ones to cooperate so they are permanent. The therory is there is a sliding track system to position them. I still want to tidy up the front supports a bit and do some more detaling. Stay tuned.
