Abdsolutely sharp as a tack, Eddie! The gloss black is truly magnificent!

I'd be tempted to call it the "Flankenstein".

Just perusing my copy of American Secret Projects & I realised that wing & tail layout is very similar to the Northrop N-167:

The Flakenstein looks great with Red Stars Eddie!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Eddie M.

That is creepy! :o It looks almost the same and I've never seen that drawing. Crazy

May look the same my friend, but your's is way better. You know, I have always wondered if your amazing creations would be aerodynamically sound enough to actually fly, I think it'd be interesting to put them in a wind tunnel and see just what the airfloe over them would look like and see if they really could fly.
If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior

Hi Simon, nice 3 view diagram -_-
Will die without understanding this world.

Here's an idea folks. Let's lock Eddie and his model in the bathroom with a box of cigars, let him fill up the room with smoke, then turn on the exhaust fan. Study the airflow across the model as the smoke gets sucked out. If nothing else, it will slow down his building so the rest of you can play catch up.

Fantastic Eddie!  I'm still disgustingly jealous of you!!!

If you could be so kind as to bottle just an ounce of your creative genius and post it on ebay for the rest of us poor schlubs...

Thank you ;D! If you don't mind, could we change the smoke from tobacco to something....say.... a little more green?

Ditto with you as well! Maybe we could switch brains for a day.

I've made a decision. I'm going to leave this one slick. No ordinance, no drops. Since I rarely do that, it will be a big change. Plus, I promised myself this would not turn into a drawn out affair, like the Spitfire. I also need that extra time to finish Ayegor.

Latest update. Since it is now the Flankenstein, I've done some mods to the mods to take away some of the Tomcat influence. One of them was the wheel hubs. I filled them with CA, let dry and painted white. ;D

well, let me see... Grass is green. Money is green. Kermit the Frog is green. Smoke any of those and Eddie M. would be green too probably. Actually it only took my first cigarette to turn me green, back about 50 years ago. Come to think of it it was my LAST cigarette too.

Nice idea Eddie.  In the black it looks like a test bird, similar to the Berkut.

Filling in the wheel hubs and painting them white is a nice touch, Eddie. I really enjoy how you always add these small mods.

What everybody doesn't know is that in his other life Eddie decorates cakes down at his local grocery store. He specializes in birthday cakes for five year old boys, complete with little tanks and army men on top. His best effort was in recreating the Israeli storming of the Golan Heights; that sucker was three feet tall.
