This one's got WICKED written all over it! I really like the unique wing! I'm really looking forward to seeing more!

Any idea on the load-out and the paint/marking scheme?

Haven't decided on colors and markings yet.  I've got several options in mind.  The load-out will be simple close support weapons appropriate for an 80's day CAS mission.

Well, I'm still working on this one.  Just haven't done much that was worth photographing until today.  Here is the A-16 painted.  I decided to go with the Euro 1 scheme like the Warthogs had in the 80's.   Now to let the paint cure/dry for a day or so and then I can add decals and weathering.

That's looking sharp in the warpaint. The lines just scream speed. Swooping in low over the battlefield this thing would scare the bejeebers out of anyone on the receiving end. Can everyone say

Bleeding heck Ed, that is GORGEOUS!!!! It looks so right in that scheme, hell it looks as though it's going Mach2 just sitting there.

I know you mentioned CAS role but, even if I was in an F-15, I would not want to have this one on my six.

That's one menacing looking design, Ed.

Quite mean looking to me.  And......
Does anyone else feel it has a touch of the Gerry Anderson's?  I could see it 'in action' in a remake of Thunderbirds - flown by the Hood!

This one is finished.  I found some Belgian Tiger Meet decals that I liked and they worked with the new scheme.  Since it was not in great shape when I started and most of the landing gear pieces were missing, I decided to mount it on a stand.  I used a piece of 1/4 inch acrylic rod and a small wooden base.

Here it is head on.

And finally, the bottom view with the base removed from the stand.

Enjoy.

IIRC, Tony Buttler's BSP - Bombers has a 3-view of a British paper project which was very like that.
