Yep Mav and Lemonjello(you got a brother called Orangejello?) The gun is the Automatic Revolving Recoiless Cannon (ARRC) Note the angled gas exhausts

And yes I know the projectiles are not supposed to be copper colored I will band them with greens and some color tip

But look at all the pretty colors

Here are (non sucko) pictures mounted in firing position

This is just stuck on with blutac it won't hang at that angle

The cylinder sticking out of the rear of the gun is a heavy steel reciprocating extractor the casing pushes against as it ejects

That assembly would recoil reward on big pistons the entire length of the fired case as the projectile moves forward
The casings are preforated and the chambers are fluted to direct gas rearward and of course the weapon has a dual chamber recoil compensator at the muzzle

Yes I am aware that this would be a relatively short ranged weapon but so are bombs and torpedos

Ruck me funnin  >:( I don't guess I'm gonna finish a danged thing before the show Saturday. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Idiots and inspectors have kept me from doing as much work as I was going to accomplish this week so right now I have to pack and then wait until someone shows up tomorrow before I get to go back home.
This is all I got done  today

Transparent Black works ok but is sloooow
The radar pod needs PSR
I just striped the projo's
These are the NZ markings that are to be applied someday :banghead:

You can also see how the black wash works on a turret

I was in a computer-based training sesson today with about 20 others and snuck a peak at this thread between blatherings by the instructor.
Shocked by the impact of the new ordnance, I actually said "Holy sh*t!" out loud and everyone looked over at me.

I know what you mean mouse... put me in mind of the gool ol' days when me and my trusty Red Ryder BB gun took on a whole squadron of Messerschmitts.

I really like that nose turret, Toolslinger! It makes this aircraft look like some kind of giant, predatory insect! Love the pretty colors too!
