Fillies Francaise in Different Colours

Havn't finished anything in ages, but managed to get these two done for Cosford and there are three more almost complete - after that it's RAF 100 for a while.

Anyway here's a Nationalist Chinese AF Ms 406. The Chinese did look at the 406 and indeed a Chinese pilot managed to crash the prototype

Kit is Hobbycraft painted with French colours from Lifecolor, whilst the markings are mainly from a Pavla P.35

Nice easy kit as you'd expect from Hobby Boss - however it's very similar to the Hasegawa kit, but beats it on price plus you get a couple of interesting marking options - RAF & Finnish with a "Shark" mouth

The MS was a little bit of a Plain Jane but this one's a little "Flasher"

Again it's a Hobby Boss kit painted mainly using Tamiya & Xtracrylic with markings from an MPM Fokker XXI, inc. multi-part "Swastikas"

. For the serial I use DE for Dewotine, don't know if he Finn's had allocated anything for the make (to be honest I didn't look)

Never really understood why the Fin's didn't get 520's ? There were a lot available and it was still inproduction

I enjoyed these two and can reccomend Hooby Boss if you just want a quick, fun build

I am building the hobby boss tempest at the moment and the hardest part about the build is deciding what whif paint job to do.

Do Hobby Boss do a Tempest as well then? I have a pair of the Hobby Boss Typhoons in the stash already.
