And here it is lady's and gentlemen, my first whiff in 2 years. And it feels good to be back.

Late 1990's, the Belgium Air Force is looking to replace its aging Saab Viggens  (http://highandlow.topcities.com/scale%20models/BAF_Viggen.htm). However, Eurofighter and F 22 as well as the JSF are still in the prototype stage. Saab has it's new Grippen almost ready so that would be an option. Then comes Grumman with a revolutionary design. Developed out of the 1980's test aircraft is their all new F 29 forward swept wing fighter. Equipped with the newest avionics this aircraft is ready for the 21st century. A first order of 50 aircraft is placed, soon followed by a second batch of 25. By 2005; all Belgian Squadrons are equipped with this new advanced fighter.

Seen here is the FA 66 from 31 Sqn "Tigers" based at Kleine Brogel air base.(EBBL)

Hope you like it

As a boot I'm not qualified to "welcome you back" but I do know what it's like to have lulls. The build is  very slick.

Me likey.  I don't think I've seen missiles in paint matching the airframe.  I think it looks very posh/modern.
Glad to see you back in the styrene saddle....erm....as it was.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
