Hey gang! I was rummaging through my "junkyard" and got inspired to do a entry in my new blog about it. http://hawkeyes-squawkbox.com/ We're transitioning to a new format as well as doing a redesign of my website. Hopefully something that will all get pulled together soon. Anyway, you might want to check it out and this is a teaser of what my junkyard includes.

Have a great scale modeling day!

Its not the workbench that makes the model, it is the modeler at the workbench.

Yowsa Hawkeye that's gotta be the Mother of All Spares Boxes! I hope you'll feel free to join us in this Group Build. You've still got at least five more weeks to get something in!

I've got several more boneyard honeys in the spares stash. In fact, the white produce crates along the left side of this photo are full of them. The lower shelf holds more bins and "totes" full of spare parts yet to be sorted. You can see the blue tote that I pictured above and in my blog sitting on the second shelf.

I've got a couple of ideas rolling around in the old noggin...something will pop out. I have another parasol wing in the works already. Whether it will be done for this I do not know...it is a design as you go as are most of my creations.

Something lurking in the junkyard that is a work in progress...a spaceship fighter...I can't remember when I started this...must have been after a Star Wars or Battle Star marathon on TV

Glad to see there are others that share my affliction with plastic!

That last one is quite promising.  You seem to know just where to put humps, bumps and greeblies for an SF build!
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.
