Women hold eminent domain rights to you and your stash!

Between 150 -200.

Have got lot of kits that I could get rid of but every time I start I get over taken with pangs of regret.

Missus doesn't know because she rarely comes out to the shed.

Mossie

Not sure without going into the shed & counting but somewhere around 30-40, a piddling amount compared to some here but I still get threatening looks every time I bring one home.  Talking about that, the missus has just gone to bed so I can smuggle in the MH-53J I bought today!  I'm not kidding!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I've lost count, but before I went on my latest buying binge, I had about 250 in the stash (closer to 300 now that I got the latest spat of madness out of my head).

When I get going, I'll build roughly 20-40 at a time (y'all know I'm not kidding), but my muse has been MIA since sometime last year.

I sold a big chunk of kits last month, but I still have close to 200-300. After I sold the big lot of kits, my wife said "Good! Now you have room to buy more!". She knits & sews (so when you guys come up with masterpieces, I don't have far to go for the yarn & needles) and she's a great cook too.
I think I'll keep her!

My biggest problem is my collection of unfinished and started kits - probably about 50. Some kits only have a couple of parts glued together, but I've completely lost interest in finishing them. Others are all but finished (they need some paint or a few parts glued on) and have been sitting in boxes for years. My next project is to finish off at least two of those all-but kits.

Scooterman

I had to go count.  300 give or take a few.

I have 180+ and that is just about enough for me, any more than that and I would not live long enough to build them all. I will buy more kits in the future but I do not intend to buy as many as I have the last two years, for certain I will get the 1/48 scale Dragon Ta 152C when its released and maybe the Eduard Fw 190D-9 too but after that I just don't need anything else except paint, glue, and decal sheets.

A mere 19.5 kits. I figure that must be the lowest yet. Got another 200+ completed kits, which is surprising, since i built most of them in Tanzania, where i did not have access to a LHS. (had to go by Swissair MD11 to Copenhagen!)

Don't know and don't care.
Probably around 1000 give or take 100 or so.
Some downsizing has taken place recently though, and will continue.

Just remembered my wifes complaint - "I don't mind you buying them all, its that you don't build them all that bothers me"

that`s the thing that bothers my wife, if I`ve got them she says thet should be built and painted, thats another of her bugbears, non painted models !!!

A grand total of four. Three of which are in progress. Do I win? ;D

I'm starting pretty much from scratch in this area - I'm mostly a sci-fi/wargaming builder, so I do mostly Imperial Guard tanks and the like. Just got a hankering for some aircraft one day, so I bought a couple. I'm terrified of trying to paint in a "realistic" fashion....
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<
